Vijay is the son of a richman Jaishankar. Due to enemity Jaishankar fears that his relative Thalaivasal Vijay will kill his son Vijay for the property, so he sends his son Vijay abroad to study and keep him away from his relatives. One day Vijay comes back as he is unable to stay there,but does not inform his father about it an works for his relative Thalaivasal Vijay.
