Details:

A biker comedy about finding your bliss, even if it means getting naked. Pete Novak grabs his best friend and a couple of Harleys and rides from Northern California to New Orleans looking for adventure and to throw his dead father’s ashes at Mardi Gras. On the backroads of America, they discover the true meaning of life… freedom. Pete is a 22 year old college drop out, no goals, no hopes, no dreams. Smart, good looking, but lost. His father, a counter culture history professor, biker and nudist, has just died. He loved his dad, but never respected him. His best friend from the cradle is Todd Schwartzmann, a self proclaimed computer geek and high tech genius, who wants to be the Bill Gates of weed. After the funeral and several joints later, Pete and Todd watch the 60’s cult classic Easy Rider for the hundredth time in honor of his father. In a moment of epiphany, Pete knows what he has to do. They will take a couple of motorcycles, retrace the journey in Easy Rider all the way to New Orleans and scatter his father’s ashes at Mardi Gras. Along the way, they pick up a beautiful young hitchhiker who’s on her own weird trek and she changes their lives forever. On this hilarious journey of discovery, they will encounter rednecks, sexy cowgirls, angry biker gangs, and even some old hippies still looking for meaning in their lives. Most important, they find themselves and who Pete’s dad really was and what really matters most…love. The audience for this music driven film is the young, the young-at-heart, the rebellious, the confused, those in a mid-life crisis and anyone who ever dreamed of seeing America from the back of a Harley-Davidson.
