Somewhere in the world a young man is getting ready for his first date with someone he has met on the Internet. He is happy and nervous, hoping this might be the night he will find true love. First Date is based on real events that took place in the summer of 2013 in Russia. Young homosexual men were lured by fascist groups to go on what turned out to be fake dates.
