A mother and her teenage son, Chandni and Aman, each try to find their own way of living with their alcoholic and abusive husband/father Sunny. Chandni, at all costs, protects her son from her husband’s wrath but she soon discovers that she has failed. With little hope left for living a normal life with Sunny, Chandni makes a difficult decision to salvage what’s left of their family and Aman’s well-being. Sunny comes home to an unexpected and unwelcome surprise while Chandni hopes her actions will lead to a better future for her and Aman, but little does she know it’s already too late.
