When witnesses in the trial of crime boss Leroy Tann start dying in mysterious accidents, The Cardinal and Detective Truth are on the case. Clues lead to the laboratory of Dr. Frecht and his steroid enhancing experiments on a bullied teen. They discover that the experiments have gone awry, turning the teen into a human warthog who Boss Tann has been using as muscle. But the Warthog has only one thing on his mind…revenge on the people who bullied him. Full of action and suspense, and colorful characters, this movie is the follow up to the original Cardinal movie (2004). |
