Life Bonds follows Carly as she deals with her newborn son’s arrival in her life. Her husband, John, tries to convince her to take an interest in her child, but Carly can’t face it. She finds her best friend, Lotta, and they spend time together, rekindling a sense of fun and adventure, but even then Carly tempts fate and goes into the sea, playing with the prospect of death. Lotta threatens to leave her to her destiny, but the relationship is too strong and Carly rejoins Lotta on the beach. Later, they finally have the conversation. Why did Lotta leave Carly? Where did she go? And why is she now back? Both face their final challenge and their nature of their friendship changes forever. |
