Sometimes the smallest thing can set off ones imagination, forcing them to reject the horror of their own reality, leading them into a place where reflections are mere illusions. Lily Pearl is one of the deinstitutionalized mentally ill homeless living on the streets. All that she owns is piled into her shopping cart filled with precious finds from rummaging the left behinds of others.
