Details:

Mildy influenced by The Divine Comedy, the story replaces Virgil with Socrates and Dante with a Librarian. We open in a large field where Socrates is pacing up and down deploring the heavens. He is the caretaker of Hell and has been for 2400 years. He is waiting for a man of pure soul to fall from the sky. His hope is that he can train this man to take on his role and he can ascend to heaven for ‘spas and baths and young boys rubbing down my…soul’. A librarian falls out of the sky and as Socrates shows him around one of the first levels of Hell. Socrates must trick this man into accepting the job. This story tells the beginnings of that journey.
