Scotch Law, a rookie stuntman blacklisted from Hollywood, has returned home to his roots as a celebrity. Now this whiskey-drinking adrenaline junkie has been elected Sheriff, and he’s about to bring law and order to a whole new level. Along with Rusty Banks, his slightly inept but loyal deputy, they will turn Dixie, Alabama into the safest county in the country. However, when an Inspector from Homeland Security drops in to evaluate his methods of law enforcement, Scotch faces someone from his own side of the fence.
