Viktoria, a witch residing in Scotland during the late 1500’s is executed by the Witch Hunter Brennan for false crimes. Several centuries later and the legacy of the witch hunter lives on in his descendants as a desperate woodsman, Dan Abner, is hired to cut down the very tree suspected of being the centre of evil within the forest. Only Mr Abner gets a lot more than he bargains for as soon as he takes the first swing with his axe, as the forest realm about him comes to life. |
