Academy Award-winning actor Alan Arkin joins Robert Osborne at the 2014 TCM Classic Film Festival. Their hour-long discussion covers Arkin’s varied life and career, from his childhood ambitions to his days in a Caribbean folk trio, his time with Chicago’s Second City improv comedy troupe, his successes on Broadway as an actor and director, and his long Hollywood film career, from his Oscar-nominated debut in THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING (1966) to his Oscar-nominated performance in ARGO (2012), highlighted by his Oscar win for LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE (2006).
