A man, Michael Rocco, haunted by his guilt tries to drown out his obsessive thoughts by drinking and taking sleeping pills. That doesn’t work. His dreams remind him of his pain and the pain he has caused. The film begins in a dreary apartment. Our protagonist (a man in his late twenties) paces around while drinking and popping pills, eventually putting a gun in his mouth. His wife, Kristina Frammosa, finds her way back into his world.
