In this series based on a true story by Albert Espinosa, the heroes aren't doctors - They are young patients. Clément, Roxane, Mehdi, Côme and Sarah form the Red Band Club: A group of kids confined to a hospital but determined to live their teen years to the fullest. Surrounded by parents who are often powerless, and medical employees who try hard not to get emotionally involved, the members of the Red Band Club face everyday reality with a superhuman gift for surviving hospital life. The drama of love, betrayal, relapse and healing puts their friendship to the ultimate test. |
