Mich and Peter travel to Scotland & the north east of England to the County Durham & Northumberland areas to find three bakeries worthy of representing the area in the competition. Those three bakeries are: Sweethart Bakery, Clervaux Artisan Bakery & Cafe and Original Bakehouse Artisan Bakery. The Sweethart Bakery is chosen as the winning bakery of this episode and they are moving on to the regional finals. |
