Mich and Peter travel to Scotland & the north east of England for the second time to the Staffordshire & Derbyshire areas to find three bakeries worthy of representing the area in the competition. Those three bakeries are: The Pudding Room, Spondon Bakery & Lawton's Famous Pies. The Pudding Room is chosen as the winning bakery of this episode and they are moving on to the regional finals. |
