eh …not good

Finale seemed a bit rushed, could have stretched this one out over two episodes, give a more proper ‘passing of the baton’ to Renee for the next spinoff. Very sad to see Welliver’s series to end, though I’m sure we’ll see him a few times in the spinoff. MaggieQ is a good actresss tho, will do fine in the new one, looking forward to it.
PS: fun fact, Titus Welliver’s daughter plays Sam, his dog walker.

The series “Cleddau” is all in Welsh, but according to WhatToWatch.com there will also be an English version of the show international audiences titled as “The One That Got Away”. Unfortunately there’s no mention of a release date for that version.

One of the stars of this show is Elen Rhys, who also plays the blonde female detective in “The Mallorca Files” series. This is the first show she has made speaking her native Welsh.

Thats a bit stupid. Nothing is going to change the DNA of a man or a woman. To argue that it can is just dumb and a sign that fantasy rules thinking. Shoot a man up with hormones. Not going to change a thing. If his body is found 500 years from now his DNA will tell them it was man they found. Their fake boobs are never going to lactate. There is no way they can gestate a fetus, and their bones will always be thicker and more dense. These are biological facts.

What books are those? The one’s that aren’t being banned? So we can learn what they want us to believe? Because they control information? Be a sheep if you want to. It’s not hard to let others tell you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. It is against the grain to harbor critical thinking and question what you know in your heart is not true. The topic is a movie. One in which idiots run the world. Which side of that fence are you on? I think anyone capable of questioning authoritarianism knows that already. I’m guessing you will never know. But you think you do anyway. And that just makes it sad. When one doesn’t know they are stupid, you have to feel a bit of pity.

This is a good “popcorn” movie. Turn off your brain and enjoy.

Pretty sure it’s a fact that men can become women and women can become men. Surgery is a very real thing as are hormones. I don’t have to believe what is happening when I can see it for myself. It’s not a question of, oh I don’t know, faith. Intellectual superiors? I’m not saying they aren’t smart, they defiantly know what they’re doing. But I have this dipshit problem I can’t seem to shake. It’s called thinking. Again I ask people like you, what the hell are you watching? Stick to FOX news. Hollywood content would just offend you. Damn near everything probably offends you. Making you poisonous to society in general. Intellectuaize that.

This was worth watching, I thought, don’t recall seeing the previous one, so there’s that. I might go looking for it now, rather liked this one, so might go see if the other one is as good.

I began watching this years ago and for some reason I forgot about it…thank you for reminding me, it’s time to finish!

Straight forward premise, it visually draws from the adaptation of PK Dick’s A Scanner Darkly, met with a wannabe rotoscope look & perhaps the stylishness of Sin City & some elements of Zatanna. It plays with out of date music as a video that will appeal to some & not to others. Watch for a grown up Bobby from King Of The Hill as a wishy washy whining singer fading for his defiance.

Ray Romano is giving off ‘Jeff Goldblum’ vibes these days and it’s working for him.

Next season on Gangs of London: No one dies…the few leads you saw shot will miraculously come back to life (for a second time, in Shaun’s case)…and you find out everyone is related to everyone else.
This is basically the most violent daytime soap opera ever, in terms of character writing. I half expect someone’s evil(er) twin to enter the mix. If it wasn’t for the beautiful camera work and great acting, I wouldn’t be coming back for more abuse. Rest assured, I’ll be back for future seasons.

So a fanatic makes a mini series on old, dead fanatics……..and now in 2025, modern day fanatics watch the old world fanatics and all are fanatical about it……..how riveting!

This is definetly a new one: John Taffer NOT YELLING about cleanlyness, not yelling over negligence but THAT THEY ARE ROOKIES. Call someone stuck in their ways…
I´m amazed his style works for so long and so good that he can make a show & living off it.
He´s basically the Mr. Wulf of the bar business, eh? But I miss the class, the calm but strong leading.
Well, this is real life. Maybe in the real world people need to be yelled at to be shaken up, to get the head set straight, to get over problems to solutions.
But I´d love to have a follow up sometimes- like what became of the rescues after a year?
Do they still work? Did the sales slump after the novelty wore off and what happened then?
Sometimes a view back would be nice… But I´m not complaining: we get to watch all kind of stuff for free.
So: THANKS to all the ones that upload and keep us happy, to all the people that make this work.

This is just a movie. Entertainment. That is all. For those looking to find something into this, think about this, it was made in 2007. Do you honestly think they were looking to be prophets? They were looking to make money. None of the people who worked on this film were trying to be anything else other than actors, film makers, painters, scene makers, all that jazz. Grow up, live your lives, and stop trying to find something in nothing. If you could make gold outta the rocks in your backyard, you would, but you can’t. None of us can, and you’re part of ‘none of us’. End scene…..
