Hopefully, there will be an upload here. I couldn’t wait and watched as it premiered. I enjoy watching this show and its characters and this first show of the new season was no exception. It was good to see them all again but I was left wondering where do they go from here? 4/5 for this one.

Debated whether to watch it, the subject matter is heavy and the ending is predetermined, but I’m glad I did. It’s often uncomfortable and painful, but also very funny and sweet. Friendship and sex, being in control and out of it, the beauty, indignity, and transience of human existence. And if all else fails to resonate, there’s Sissy Spacek’s line: “Don’t drink my daughter’s p** if you can’t handle it, you freak.” So yeah, I’m very glad I watched it.

This movie is outstanding( as you so aptly stated) and I’ve always loved Kate Winslet and her authenticity. She has stayed herself, despite a world (and an industry) that relegates women as something to fit a one size, one look fits all category.

Kate Winslet was in an amazing streak at this particular period- Heavenly Creatures, Holy Smoke, Hideous Kinky, Quills, Jude (not counting Titanic because that is the worst of her early roles and the worst film in my opinion) …and all of those are wonderful films. I idolized her back then!

This modern day western now has a release date of April 17, 2025. James Brolin, I assume will be the patriarch in this series, also starring Josh Duhamel and Minka Kelly. It has been a minute since I’ve seen any of these actors in anything.

There is going to be a prequel for Killing Eve the series will be called Honey. The new series will focus on the story of Carolyn Martens, who was played by Fiona Shaw. Casting for the character Marta has not been made yet nor a release date. Look forward to watching this new drama from Great Britian.
