Edit: 1/2-to-2/3 thru season 2 shooting Noel had a private health problem, and after trying all options they decided to disband the cast & crew. So, we won’t see any of it.

Wow. I rarely tear up with shows like this. But after the Tsunami ones now this episode? This was a strong one. Perfect music too at the end. That music built the scene up. Pffffft… goosebumps.

This is one of my guilty pleasures of a movie. What’s funny though is the scene with the Tennessee guy around 01:15:00 is my favorite part of the movie. Simple, but I know people like that, I could listen to him talk all day. I usually rewind that part over and over.

Yes, I was an office temp for a year and a half at age 19-20, and I must have temped at 6 offices - though I was offered a permanent position at 2 of the worst of those places, which is usually the temp’s metaphorical pat on the head…I turned them down. Back in the 90s, the office temp’s misery was palpable. But you don’t have to have been in an office to enjoy and relate to this movie.

There will be another spinoff called, Bosch: Start of Watch and this new crime drama will cover the early years of Bosch’s career. Cameron Monaghan will take on the role of Bosch, with Omari Hardwick also set to star. Hardwick will star as veteran officer Eli Birdges. Filming will begin in 2026 in Los Angeles. The series will cover racial tensions within LA, gang violence, and a fractured LAPD. Bosch will find himself drawn into a high-profile heist and a web of criminal corruption that will test his loyalty to the badge and shape his future as the detective who lives by the code, ‘Everybody counts or nobody counts.’ Even though it won’t be Titus Welliver starring in this new series, I’ll watch just to get the back story on a very interesting character. It would be awesome if Ballard and Start of Watch were back-to-back provided SW is done filming next fall.

I’m such a hopeless romantic. I cried at the end of the Original and now I’m crying at the end of this one. They did a fab job on this one. Everyone was just wonderful
