I put off watching this movie, but now that I have seen it I really liked it. Beaten, tormented and left a social outcast … but still, Douglas had more character and strength of will than most people could ever image. I think it would be hard for those that have not experienced trauma to fully understand the main character. There is a depth to this film that can easily get overlooked. Still, I will watch this one again, just for the inspiration that it offers.

I fell asleep 3 times!

I took it off my list a while back. Some things the Kings really hit (TGW, TGF, Braindead, Your Honor), and some they miss badly (Elsbeth, Evil, The Bite, Happy Face).

Gonna have to do more of this. My only complaint is that these were too short. Thinking they should have made them longer, or made two of these into one episode.

I dont understant why dont they make a real adult serie or a movie out of Splinter Cell. It could be awesome!

I thought I would share the google search on this dog since he did such a great job. The dog in the movie Good Boy is a real dog, not an AI. The star is director Ben Leonberg’s own dog, Indy, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. The entire film was shot over 400 days using natural canine behavior, as Indy had no formal acting training and was unaware he was in a movie.

Watchable and a bit funny, can’t wait to see how it goes.

I’m with you on that. I loved her in Good Wife but this is just too much. She comes off as attention-grabbing and narcissistic. Plus she guesses the culprit instantly. Not much need to watch. I’m taking it off my list.

Literally nothing that Disney or Netflix doesn’t own anymore, crazy. I’ve been a MG fan since ‘98, played every game right back to the ‘87 title for the arcade, the trailer looks okay, high hopes.

ehhhh didn’t like this. now if your a fan of Jodie Whittaker’s body of work and that includes Dr. Who then you’ll enjoy her in this, if you like Suranne Jones chances are you’ll like this, but I just found Suranne Jones’s character utterly detestable and no redeeming qualities and even though you can understand her motive for why she does certain things, manipulates the Jodi Whitaker character, there’s some lines you don’t cross. Anywho a very trash person. The twist in the end is a good twist unlike most and really caught me by surprise. curious to see the sequel but this is not a series I’d save for a rainy day or rewatch but if your struggling to find something, then this might be the show for us.

I say cancel this now, and bring back The Good Fight the way it was in its better later seasons (i.e.: without Maia), using Elsbeth as a main character in her original, non caricaturized form.

I am surprised that TNG has a more uniform “problem of the week” formula right up the last episodes in a season, so far no overshadowing large scale story arcs like we seen with the Borg in Voyager and the Dominion in DS9. I watched both blu-ray and doodwatch (standard high def) and the blu ray looks absolutely stellar.

I’m going to take a shot in the dark and say this is a new series from Millie Bobby Brown and Rachel Brosnahan (RB from the series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel). Both will be executive producers on this new series. Brown will play Cassie, a woman who can communicate with ghosts. When mysterious “visitors” begin appearing all over the world, she must figure out what’s causing it before it’s too late. Not sure yet what Rachel Brosnahan character will be. Production hasn’t started yet. I can see Brown in this type of series, but no Brosnahan, we shall have to wait and see what her character will involve.

New British crime drama with John Hannah and should air sometime in 2026. This does remind me of Death in Paradise so we shall see.

This could possibly be M. Knight Shyamalan’s new series. He and Falchuk, aims “to reimagine the classic Magic 8 Ball as the centerpiece of a high-concept, character-driven supernatural drama that blends psychological intensity with cultural intrigue.” I’ve never been that fascinated with the magic 8 ball, but this storyline sounds interesting. It is a long, long way from production though.

A great and endlessly charming and funny film about Balkan love, friendship, betrayal and war..
It is a cinematic universe in of itself.. Don’t live without it in your heart.
Also check out Black cat, white cat and Time of the Gypsies if you like this style Balkan film.
