This has to be my favourite season ever. You know it’s a great episode when Sal falls down laughing. lol.

The punishment was hilarious but still so cringe to watch, I don’t know how they do it.

Jago: A Life Underwater (2017)
BubbaPharm.com 4 points 3 months ago.

This is an observational documentary, a type of documentary that strives to observe and record real-life situations and events as they naturally unfold, with minimal intervention from the filmmaker.

It relays the life story of Rohani, an Indonesian spear fisherman nicknamed “Jago”, loosely translated as “master sea hunter”.

Great for people who just like to experience other ways of living without commentary.

This was genuinely such a great movie! Knowing nothing about racing I sat on the edge of my seat the whole time and found it absolutely captivating. Also, superb soundtrack by Zimmer, awesome cast and great acting throughout the whole movie with a goosebump finale! 🏎

I was NOT expecting 7 of 9 to be so attractive, like holy smokes, but it kinda plays into her whole persona of being the “perfect life form”. At least thats what I understand Borg to be about, assimilate any and all cultures or species that rival their own to improve upon their own kind. I’m really hoping for an all out conflict with the Borg, if not, I may have to find out if there are any Star Trek arcs that do. I have genuine compassion for Seven’s situation, the isolation and confusion she tries to conquer as Voyager attempts to assimilate HER into their crew.

We are not Alone! But our governments want us to think we are, after all the usa loves it’s . scare tactics! Oh no gotta be sure space Force is up a d running to have co trol over the country, and if trump could he would “ Make space great again!” .like space isn’t already amazing!! rather then spend money on just communicating freely on behalf of all mankind. And let true transparency begin. Hey I can dream of a great world with just the human race without “ boder crossings “ . Yes keep country’s as having 1 ruler over all is disheartening yo me.

I’m thinking this might be the newly branded 60 days in. It’s been very difficult for them to keep it on the downlow the entire season. I haven’t watched this but it’s the same network and seems very similar to what the 60 days in T.V. show was trying to put forth

Great movie…I went in not expecting too much but Brad Pitt comes thru as usual as does Javier Bardem and British actor Damson Idris (FX’s Snowfall) also did his thing and this was my first time seeing him in a movie. All around this movie puts you inside the middle of the races and gets your adrenaline going as The Fast and the Furious franchise does. It actually surprised me so much that it’s up there with Days of Thunder. Don’t believe me? Give it a shot and find out for yourselves guys. 4/5

So glad to see Frank Grillo has joined the original cast. He’s an amazing actor. Glad they’re all back, especially Eagley! I know he’s CGI but he looks so real. They did an incredible job creating him. Just want to pet him lol. Harcourt is such a badass. Love her character after PM of course. This was definitely a great start to the season. That orgy scene really surprised me but I’m always down for random nudity/sex scenes 😜. Looking forward to more of the season.

The Wheel of Time (2021)
uuman 11 points 1 year ago.

Don’t watch this, whether your are a fan of the books or even just looking for something in the genre. The world building… it can’t even be called that. It contradicts itself at every turn. It doesn’t respect the original work, it doesn’t even respect the changes they made to it. This show throws out 2/3 of what happened in the finale of the first season in the first episode of the second season and never explains any of it. In the 5th episode, Moiraine does something that makes everything that had happened to that point completely unnecessary.

Had they at least just done a new turn of the Wheel, I could have respected that. This show started off bad, tried to convince fans it would try to stay some what true to the original. It didn’t. The final episode of season 1 flips the script and throws the original work out completely. Then, the first episode of the second season throws out most things that happened in the finale of the first season. It doesn’t respect the original work, it doesn’t respect itself, it doesn’t respect the characters, and it certainly doesn’t respect the fans or it’s viewers.

This isn’t an adaptation. This isn’t a creative spin. It’s not even an episodic romp w/ characters from stories you love. Any of those things would require some measure of respect of the original work. This is a pure cash grab abusing the IP of one of the greatest works of fantasy ever written. This is a group of some of the worst writers I’ve ever seen who had to throw everything out bc they turned the entire plot into swiss cheese. EVERYONE involved in this show should be ashamed of what was created. Even Brandon Sanderson publicly called this show out for refusing to listen. I refused to watch it until now bc I knew it would be bad, but this was worse than I could have ever conceived. The people involved in this show should never be allowed to work in the industry again. There is nothing redeemable here.

glowingdemon -2 points 3 months ago*.

One look at the person at the heart of this show will tell you why I it turned out like it did.
The same mentality and ideology that ruined the witcher, and counless others.

3 seasons huh? Sounds awesome to me. Where in NYC? Brooklyn is in the house!!

Kancunstatus35 0 points 3 months ago.

Yeah I read it somewhere so I’m glad they are gonna do @ least 3 seasons so that’s a good sign that no matter the ratings they got some things cooking in those scripts. Too bad that since the original show ended, New Blood was only a limited series so only one season of 10 episodes and they are continuing the 10 episodes only with Original Sin and Resurrection instead of having 12 epis like the OG show. Plus they already said that Original Sin will have a 2nd season but has already been cancelled so no season 3 for that one. They did also say that they cancelled Original Sin to focus more on Resurrection and the possibility of being a season 4 depending on Michael C. Hall’s willingness to continue portraying Dexter so I guess we’ll see where we’re @ in a couple of years.
Brooklyn huh? No doubt my brother was born out there by East New York. I’m right over the Verrazzano Bridge in Staten “Shaolin” Island. Wu-tang Clan ain’t nuttin ta f$ck wit! lol…represent my fellow New Yorker.

The physical transformation made more sense to me. The dude was a narcissist. So the ending showing his reflection was what he actually looked like the whole time. The person we saw all season is what he thought in his head what he looked like. And yeah he was married to that women. I think they were just reinforcing in those pictures that is how he actually looks. And no the kid as far as I know was his step son right? Unless I missed something there. I still can’t get over the car crash though. How in the hell did she survive that barely hurt makes absolutely no sense. As a side note this is loosely based on true events. Watched a true crime YouTube video on it before this even came out.
