Happened to see your comment in the sidebar and wanted to chime in. This was always one of my favorites. Loved it from the start for some reason, but was pretty young when it first came out, and was just enthralled by it, whole thing, concept, art, effects, which were top notch for the time, story was really great also for then…
followed through in later years and watched all of the movies and the short series the had that followed, some were pretty decent, some not as much, and thinking there was one series, can’t think of the name of it, might have been something to do with Rangers, but not sure, but betting if you looked it up you could find it, that should have lasted a bit longer.
I would say if you were interested, you might want to check some if that stuff out when you get the chance, it was a bit like Stargate, had a lot of follow up stuff, just not as extensive. A shame actually that they never got as deep into it a Stargate did.
The one thing about this show that blew me away in the first two seasons was the amount of makeup and effects that went into JUST the background extra’s when people were in the general public talking or drinking or what have you on Babylon 5, for example Londo and Vir were talking together at a bar and behind him was this full blown alien, and his or her only role, was take a sip of a drink beside Londo in a 6 second shot, in a $6,000 dollar costume.
An absolute power house of an episode. For the first two seasons I really didn’t know if I was going to enjoy this as much as I enjoyed shows like, Andromeda, Farscape, Stargate. But this show has finally taken flight and man am I glad I stuck it out. Literally all the best stuff goes down after the build up of Seasons 1 and 2, I can see why fans of the show stick it out but for someone like me who is seeing it for the first time, I had almost given up on it, glad I didn’t.

Play strip poker and more with Major Bourdon & Clotho in the hip Swinging Sixties in glorious living color and a bold primary palette.
While it is tempting to want to sentence some movies to death in a toob site graveyard since there really are some super terrible atrocities out there - it is best to just abolish toob sites & let people make their own choices about the movies they watch by making them freely available for download to the file sharing community & keeping them off toob sites where they are selfishly hoarded & not shared at all.
I heard a new Police Academy film is in the works, could The Machine be involved? lol
Of the handful of Linda Blair schlock flicks sentenced to death via upload to a non-downloadable toob site, this one is available to share to the file sharing community via valid file servers.
Hmmm. The single host vev.io does not seem to be a free streaming source. Do you have to join them to view flick? Confused. lol
Metzger created a very engaging Italian film with his small ensemble of actors such as Wolff & Venturelli. The characters instantly involve themselves with each other in a verbal tet a tet, at times wanting to challenge each other or dance.
However it is very sad that someone has made a toob account just to put new uploads on rather than put them on a valid file sharing server. It takes a special hatred of the file sharing community as well as movies in order to do this.
This site works by putting new uploads on the front page only if a movie page has none listed. So when files are put on an illegitimate site such as a corporate toob site, that link for that file will guarantee that new uploads to valid file servers will not be shown as a new listing within the movie listings on the front page ever again - unless the toob account is banned & files are deleted.
To give the benefit of the doubt, they may think they are doing something good & that they are sharing, but they are not. Files put on illegitimate sites such as toob sites cannot be shared via download & the only guarantee is that any file sent there is put in a film graveyard and is dead. They get page hits. That’s it. Very sad. Do not reward this hateful selfish behavior. Insist content you wish to see be put only on file servers with download that require no accounts or other nonsense to obtain.
Kevin Burns very first 90 minute presentation in 2009 before there was a series is carried as a 60 minute pilot for the series starting in 2010. Because of the sensational subjects as well as the public interest and support up to that point in time, it’s very exciting to this day to hear it. As Von Daniken’s original books, it doesn’t make statements, but asks lots of questions.
Over the course of time, the series loses steam because -look at the subject matter & the available material. They’ve pretty much presented most of all the above-ground common knowledge stuff that at least will ever be accepted for production publicly on a network. So at this point, it’s saturation of the same material with perhaps about 3 episodes a year that add maybe something new to the public curiosity for digestion.
But the original 1st History Channel special by Kevin is still a fun time capsule & for those viewing the current addition of this topic, one can appreciate the initial broadcast enthusiasm. Can’t find a stand alone imdb for this since it is absorbed as a pilot for the series which still airs today.
This was a very enjoyable …..
Slumdog Millionaire and Quiz Show (1994) are two SUPERB Quiz show movies as well
…the latter, also a true story.
Yes Susan Foreman is officially back in Doctor Who.
Bravo Joe !………your legacy wont only be your preserved, rare species…..but the fact that you leave this world -SELFLESS !
Iranian - British?…..wow this sounds riveting …he may even announce that he wants to be trans :-/
The acting feels so fake. Is she in a coma? Is all this happening in her head?
What’s the deal with Lynn Whitfield? She looks like Stevie Wonders sister with that hairline starting in the middle of her head.
Im so glad Jonathan lost. What a bum talking to his wife like that and treating her like that. That woman must endure a lot when theres no cameras
Please don’t answer for us all. You’re but only one person on this site & there are many ways to live on earth. I appreciate tildeath92’s comment & I’m watching this episode now since I’d not heard of the series. It’s fascinating so far!
Uh maybe you didn’t catch my drift? Ditto by the way.. Good grief 🙄
I don’t think it’s necessary to mention genetalia. JS… 🤣
Communist tripe!
So you read the book or watched this, or is this just your closed mind speaking?
Yuck! I’m pretty sure none of us wanna know that much.. Keep your comments, savor them for your viewing pleasure only lol 💕

I read the Vietnam war portion of this book, never knew they made a documentary. Will put it on my watch list, and revisit the book.
So in summary what you’re really saying is REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Nice Projection! Always remember, an accusation is a confession.

This season wasn’t very good at all. The best I can say about it episode 6 looked amazing. Other than that. Meh.
Such a shame this was canceled! What a great show. I adore Ben 👍
thanks , I found the original subbed verson on another site but I was just making a general observation of all dubbed media no matter the language matter the, country no matter era, the tambour of the voices always have an eerily nurtal genericness( it’s not just I grew up in Quebec and half the TV shows were Eglish shows dubbed into France French or Quebec french and the same unsettling quality too0
I concur.. I can’t watch anything that’s solely dubbed.
I never finished Dark for that very same reason.
Connor is not straight lmfaooooo. THE WAY HE GRABBED BROS HAND AND PUT IT ON HIS DICK. Bro wanted more of him.

First two episodes are pretty good! I know nothing about the source material so I don’t know how closely it will follow the books.

Great comedy movie. Not for the little ones but you could watch this with your teens. It’s a good movie to re-watch too.
Have not watched this, but my very first thought looking at the thumb nail was, ‘man, bet this would really mess up a flat Earther’..🤣
I’m still thinking about this episode. So much to process and so many what-ifs!
I totally feel the same way. I really hope they’re able to get their daughter back before the end of the season.

A complete pile of horse manure
