Just another reflection of an “actor-getting-old” movie. It is listed as a comedy, but I found nothing funny about it. It was overly dramatized and quite boring. I lasted about 30 minutes and I had to give this one up. I like Clooney, but this felt more like a feel-sorry-for-me movie.

Did you give the series a chance, it has nothing to do with zombies. It has a pretty cool storyline actually, not zombies, not aliens, just other. I don’t wanna ruin it, so you’re gonna have to watch it to find out. I thought the same thing, but then I let it play through, and I’m glad I did! You should give it a chance, I’m glad I did, and now it’s going on my favorites list.

Look rdmovieman every TV series and movie that I watch I want to be Good, they just don’t seem to cooperate with me. In fact I’m still watching this zombie show for zombies, I guess waiting on a Trainwreck. Truly I wanted this to be good! I am so sick of wanting something to be truly good. The key point of entertaining me is my brain not stepping in and saying this is some stupid shit turn the channel, I know kind of harsh, but year after year of watching stupid shit you kind of get that way. It’s not like I’m a 10-year-old boy that needs a life lesson everyday, I pretty much worked that out for myself so far. I am no longer sticking Forks into electrical outlets, first couple of times you get the point. Let me tell you a little bit about myself, I take care of my mother that is dying who happens to have a colostomy bag that I have to change at least three times a day. That my friend is a whole lot of shit, which means I don’t tolerate a whole lot of shit. I know before you get started I’m flawed cuss words and all. Please excuse my vernacular, referring back to the shit thing that I have to deal with every day I know sad. I hope I have not wasted your time and enlightened you to my point of view, the show sucks…

Carol’s opening scene is in English but after, yes, the server starts speaking French after making the drinks and serving guests (no subtitles) then the subtitles (English translated) start at the poker table.

Not sure what all the hate on this episode was all about, it actually explains alot about why Archer had to make some of the decisions he did being absent the Prime Directive on the account of there being no United Federation of Planets, this show’s us the start of that philosophy in Star Fleet. Bravo on this series, going onto to watch the 2009 trilogy of Star Trek movies, followed by Discovery, what a fantastic journey it’s been so far.

I remember watching it as a kid and it did in fact scare me. “Stranger danger” wasn’t a thing yet but those two episodes marked me and made me very wary, which ultimately was a good thing. It was a good starting point in having an honest discussion about the subject with teachers and parents. Sadly, I did not have those, just my young imagination and a new distrust for adults. lol
That being said, when I commented there were zero votes to this episode, now there are 8. 2 of them are 5 stars from you and me. That means 6 people voted one star for this show, I think it scared them too.

Thrilled for the winners, devastated for Ben & Emma. Very disappointed in how the boys reacted. Sure it sucks to not walk away with a ton of cash but they are getting $50k+ each for 3-4 months work. Sure, it won’t set ya up for life but you had a unique experience & are non reality tv stars which will come with opportunities in the future.
I miss the Block from years ago. This season wasn’t a reno show as it was a new build. Too many high tier prizes & too much money tossed at the budget. You gotta make that money back & pay all your employees (and make a profit) so of course the reserves are going to be too high. We need a “back to basics” season with true reno work & a stripped back budget. A chance for real people to buy the homes. I love this show & we truly have nothing like it in the US (no, Rock the Block doesn’t come close) and I will be sad to see it end if they keep on this path driving the prices higher & the chance at a great outcome lower.
That all said, I look forward to seeing My Reno Rules when it debuts in a few months.

OMG Robert Urich! I remember when I was about 14 and we were living in Andover MA. I guess he had just bought a home (mansion) there for his successful Boston based series Spencer for Hire. Anyway, as I was coming out of Store 24 after buying a soda and a magazine, not watching where I was going, I walked right into this 6’ 2” man who was coming into the store through the door I was exiting. As I looked up to say sorry, I immediately realized it was Robert Urich. I was so embarrassed. He just smiled that smile of his and said “no problem!” Needless to say I floated all the way home!

Two episodes left? Good, let this season die miserably and on to season 50! At this point I don’t care who wins or loses this one. I will say, I am happy Stephen brought Kristina to the reward after winning the challenge…and the advantage prior to that. I still don’t care, but good job on that.
I remember this, used to be one of my favorites. didn’t Jenson get his start here as well before he got the gig on Supernatural? I remember him being in several episodes.
