Finally got around to watching it. For a Star Trek movie is was lame as hell, for a regular movie it got a couple of laughs but still pretty lame. I’ll only add this to my collection because it has the Star Trek name on it, but it will sit and collect dust - forever… Oh and if by chance they do make a second one with Jamie Lee Curtis I’ll pass on that one too; hated her when she guest-starred on NCIS.
Well, the plot thickens on Peaky Blinders and the movie and a new spin off series. Peaky Blinders is returning to the small screen with a brand-new series and filming to begin this summer. The drama will jump ahead to the 1950s. The new drama picks up years later in a post-war Britain marked by the rise of the Teddy Boy gangs and the Kray twins in London’s underworld. Cillian Murphy is rumored to return, this time possibly stepping into a more senior role as a mentor to a younger generation of gangsters.
The Immortal Man movie is set during the Second World War.
Some good people in this, putting it on my watch list. Every depiction and documentary I have seen of this has been deadly boring, looking forward to seeing how they spice it up.
Both girls have a very equal motivation for revenge for the wrongs that were done to them.
Not at all. And nothing against your opinion. There is a distinct difference between murdering an person for their brain, by a DOCTOR, and defending someone and then again further, torture vs, shooting. You have an opinion, that’s yours. It’s not everyone’s and there is NO equivalence at all.
Thanks, magically_d. I might do that.
I can do more, on PM. Best to you and yours, always. You’re awesome.
Thats unfortunate, I assumed it worked with most browsers like Edge, Chrome, Brave, Opera etc.
It’s not a browser issue. It’s a platform issue. iOS will not even acknowledge Dood, VidScr or others. I have both iOS and Windows. It’s not your fault. Everyone thinks that the traditional browsers work uniformly. They do not. iOS will not allow certain platforms and browsers as well as blockers. Thanks and best to you.
VidSrc is not available to everyone on every platform. Just informing you. I sincerely wish it were.

This aired Sunday. What’s taking so long to get this episode uploaded? (Rhetorical, ‘splaining not needed.). I just hope it’s up soon. Or you might end up fast tracking the rest of the seasons episodes. 8 total episodes. so 2 more after episode 6. My understanding is it can be streamed on Hallmark+, Pureflix, Philo, Direct Tv stream, fubotv, and Sling tv.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, the next thrilling chapter in the hit illusionist saga, will be released in theaters November 14, 2025. Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, and Isla Fisher return as the world-famous Horsemen. They are set for the biggest mind-bending heist yet. With new enemies, bigger illusions, and stakes higher than ever, the crew must outsmart Rosamund Pike’s mysterious mastermind. And Morgan Freeman lurks with secrets of his own. Nothing is what it seems in this high-stakes game of magic, misdirection, and revenge.
I will be watching this for sure! Jensen Ackles and Eric Dane (Dane now as ALS, so sad) and I like both actors.
the odvious rip off of Zatoichi American Zatoichi didn’t work for me. Though I love Rutger Hauer.
Zatoichi was not a comedy. I think of it more as an “inspiration” or homage. Both are entertaining in their own ways
one of my favs from this shorts book. It did a good job sticking to the integrity of the novella
If you are interested, look up Aillwee Caves. We have a sanctuary there. Unfortunately, farmers in Clare and Mayo have continued to poison a shoot these necessary parts of the eco system, as we as foxes and badgers. We are doomed, with ignorance. Thank you so much for your compassion.
I was pleasantly surprised with this movie. I did not think it was going to be as good as it was. Well played out script with good acting to boot. I don’t know Michelle Dockery’s work but she kept up with Grace and Wahlberg. Can’t go wrong with Mel Gibson most of the time. 7/10
For being set in a small plane the entire movie they did a great job to not let it get stuffy or stale. You also don’t see Wahlberg in many bad guy parts. He probably jumped at the chance to do so. I don’t know whether it was his or Gibson’s idea to make him bald but I just found that to be hilarious.

Love the truth. Sadly, when your a child and always told that this book is the only book allowed, and made to live with like minded people, gather often to have mass celebration of that book, that contains rules that are read before every meal and words that must be said daily before sleeping..it’s easy to see how they can think it’s right as its what’s been trained and programmed into them their whole lives. You see that im sure. And I don’t mind that what they wish to believe as I was told to believe something else. Only the adults didn’t sent you off to camps and steal your property and valuables etc. Nor did my book say that others must be harmed. Just said love each other and till you live with them in their homes for many years then maybe you may understand what the think as they do.. so I did.vand the above is what I saw. People kept awake for days and basically couldn’t eat drink or sleep till repeat these rules over and over so it must be true.. but when they got to live with others who had a slightly different book..they got pissed. Can’t just let them believe, and still just give them love regardless..as their book didn’t mention that was ok. Well folks. It is OK to still love others who believe something else. We all die eventually anyways. But we don’t have to mistreat others until then. Infact, many dont! Until they let their parents who never lived daily with others to understand, sadly.
Whoa…WHOOOAA!!! Well, that does it then, doesn’t it? This last season is KILLER — LITERALLY!!
If you don’t at the very least get misty-eyed watching this film then there’s something wrong with you as this just such a good film with a fourth and fifth film not even being needed as this was just a great end to the trilogy.
I concur. Very interesting movie indeed.
Yes it is so worth taking the time. It’s a part of history that really needed to be told
An absolute stellar performance by all. All those years I picked up the oxford dictionary while studying for exams and the like I never put much thought into how difficult it must have been to produce. Well, now I know. I thought it may be a very boring story but it is not. It held my attention right to the end. Most movies made these days, well I rarely last 20 mins. However I’ve always love period dramas when they are done well, and this has no exception.
Ok so, I don’t hate it. I see comments saying it’s like others but I guess I didn’t see those so, this is keeping me entertained and why not, Kevin Bacon has still got it!

An interesting take on the vampire genre movie, nixed with Africam Americam music culture. I aslo think this is the first film with Hailee Steinfeld I’ve seen since her amazing performance in True Grit. Glad I took a punt on this one as I’m not really a horroe genre watcher. All round a good film and enjoyable watch.
Thought this would be cancelled so here is to another binge watch weekend!
That’s a bit rude.
Rude, but right. I’m fine with that.
And do you know what’s really rude, at best? Killing, maiming, raping, stealing in the name of a “god”, and defending those atrocities.
Gods aren’t things that exist. Believing they do, and basing one’s entire life around it, is delusional.
Some more news on this new series, release date sometime this year. I didn’t know this either: The series follows the historical Battle of Hastings, a pivotal event in Britian history, which was fought by the Saxon king, Harold Godwinson, and the Norman invader, William the Conqueror. Schoolchildren in England grew up learning about the infamous battle that changed the country’s history. But this is the first time that the event has been brought to life on screen. Wow!

Conspiracy theorists were trying to blame the covid pandemic on pangolins found in Chinese wet-markets. It’s horrifying to think of them being sold live as food.
