Even the rich will die a slow death from hunger eventually. They have no clue how to grow or raise food. The rich will steal from those who can raise and grow. When the poor die and their stockpiles are depleated the rich will eat each other, go crazy and die slow.

The TRUTH is out there, if your not rich, you’ll die a slow death from either hunger or from the effects global warming.

seriously? I know the liberals want to pretend Biden never happened but… he was president…

burgermeister 7 points 7 months ago*.

I know you folks love to pretend everyone to the left of Newt Gingrich is a card-carrying Communist, but liberals and leftists are two separate political groups. In no universe is Biden a “leftist.” To say otherwise would be akin to calling Nixon a Libertarian.

Why not include Bill Gates or the WEF or the Bilderberg Group or Bohemian Grove or Skull and Bones. I could go on, but this is nothing more then Leftists propaganda that is fully trying to rewrite and brainwash people’s mindset

I loved it! It was silly and ridiculous as it was intended to be. Nothing wrong with this movie, take it for what it is. Paul, Jinna, and Tia, some of my fav actors.

yes, i suppose you have a point there lol they did conspire to try an take the attention away from the cough lab leak cough theory.

burgermeister 0 points 7 months ago.

Complete and utter hogwash. Scientists identified pangolins as one possible route very early in the pandemic and quickly dismissed it, long before conspiracy theorists came up with the dumb lab leak theory.

There were no leftists in power during covid 🤔

random000 6 points 7 months ago.

Isn’t that cute? Ben Franklin was a leftist. Jefferson, Paine, Monroe & Adams were leftists. Che Guevara & Spartacus were leftists. The fairy tale known as geezus as conceived was even a leftist. But most republicrats & democans including the conservative stuffed shirt Biden wouldn’t know an actual true leftist if it sat on their face. If Biden ever encountered an actual leftist, he’d shoot him in the face. If he could find it.

Everything else aside, I gotta say I LOVE the lighting etc. in this whole show. I’m not an arty person or anything like that, but I can still appreciate such things. Like at the end of this episode with the light shining on June standing in the dimness.

Death of a Unicorn (2025)
magically_delicious 6 points 7 months ago.

The hate on this movie is unfounded, especially since most of the reviews state not watching past 15 minutes in (at most). It’s a commentary on the injustice we humans impose on other living beings on our planet. It’s kind of genius, to be honest. Judging too soon does not do this movie justice. 4/5 upped to offset the casual stars of those who never even watched.

the odvious rip off of Zatoichi American Zatoichi didn’t work for me. Though I love Rutger Hauer.

That is the distinction not a difference. Considering that Zatoichi had 26 movies and a television series of four seasons. Think Ichi can claim the higher ground.

While I have seen the movie one of the very few good things that I can say about the movie is that it’s better then Captain America: Brave New World but even that’s not that high of a bar to reach and another is that a certain rumor regarding the name of the team is true.

newman 1 points 7 months ago.

Thank you for the short review. Haven’t seen it yet and I am baffled by the super extra ultra pro max positive reviews saying it is the best thing that ever happened since End Game! I mean when they skip Spiderman no way home and say that one is even better, that raises my suspicion lol. Might be good still but you get the idea. Sometimes they over do their marketing which is not so smart 😁.

Defiance (2013) S3 E11
Twixtid 1 points 7 months ago*.

Tried to comment on the previous episode so I will try here. I thought this show at first, was misleading with the pilot being so epic in it’s presentation, and the rest of the show feeling very drab and boring. However somewhere along the way and I don’t know when, I found myself empathizing with most of the characters, and sad to see it ending, because although I loved it, I wouldn’t watch it a 2nd time.

Warfare (2025)
skoooper -2 points 8 months ago.

Warfare is a powerful and unflinching portrayal of modern combat. Its dedication to authenticity and its refusal to romanticize war make it a significant entry in the war film genre. However, its narrow focus may leave some viewers yearning for a more comprehensive exploration of the conflict’s broader impacts.

Entitled (2023)
Batteryhead 1 points 7 months ago.

More people need to know about this oddball gem! It’s so bizarrely inconsistent in style/vibe that it almost feels like a horror anthology. One episode will feel like Ready or Not, the next like Wicker Man or Dagon… you never know what tone you’ll be in for aside from increasing madness. Truly one of the strangest series ever made. No wonder it never found an audience, but weird-horror fans should give this a shot and don’t judge it on the first episode alone, which focuses more on introducing the quirky characters and setting up the less out-there elements of the story.

Kerry Barden & Eric Schaeffer’s Stars odd darkish comedy only lasted 10 episodes, folding just as it was unfolding. What’s there is good. Centered around Krysten Ritter in a suicide survivors support group lead by Ving Rhames. Nice ensemble cast includes Robyn Cohen, Ivan Sergei as well as Eric.
