The Gentlemen (2024)

Filming is underway as of spring 2025 and all signs point to a 2026 release. Can’t wait!

The Riders (2026)
Piglet 1 points 7 months ago.

Brad Pitt is a very busy guy indeed! “The Riders” follows Fred Scully (Pitt), travel to Europe with his wife, Jennifer, their seven-year-old daughter, Billie, they buy a farmhouse in rural Ireland. Jennifer and Billie then return to Australia to finalize their affairs. Billie returns to Ireland alone and finds her mother now missing. Fred is left to make sense of his wife’s disappearance in a story that takes a mystical turn. Hmmm….mystical turn. Could find any info on who Jennifer will be played by nor Billie. Okay, I’ll bight but we’ll have to wait until 2026 to see this movie.

Peaky Blinders (2013)
Piglet 1 points 7 months ago.

Well, the plot thickens on Peaky Blinders and the movie and a new spin off series. Peaky Blinders is returning to the small screen with a brand-new series and filming to begin this summer. The drama will jump ahead to the 1950s. The new drama picks up years later in a post-war Britain marked by the rise of the Teddy Boy gangs and the Kray twins in London’s underworld. Cillian Murphy is rumored to return, this time possibly stepping into a more senior role as a mentor to a younger generation of gangsters.
The Immortal Man movie is set during the Second World War.

Nice cliffhanger and hopefully the whole cast returns for at least the first part of season 2. I do not care about Tony and Ziva spin off return and never cared for them in the first place and have always had issues with anything Israel since 1988 being an Active US Marine 1987-1991 and USS Liberty 1967.

Piglet 1 points 7 months ago.

I agree with you about the Tony/Ziva spin off. Can’t stand his character nor do I like him. I can’t put my finger on it, but I disliked him from the get-go. I never watched Bull either and won’t watch anything that he is in.

This was excellent. All the actors did an amazing job. Very intense movie. For those sensitive to violence of any type, take note, this is not for the faint of heart. It is a horror movie although not all horror films are violent.

Loved Harvey Guillaume in this since I’m a fan of his character in What We Do In The Shadows. I’d not seen any of the other actors before, although probably in other movies I’ve seen but don’t recall them. Definitely worth a watch.

Arcangel2020 1 points 7 months ago*.

Agreed!
Harvey Guillaume was really good in “What We Do In The Shadows” series and loved that show too.
Jack Quaid? First became aware of him on the terrific Amazon Prime series “The Boys” which, if you like the Comic book/Superhero Genre with a great storyline, good cast and over the top violence? Highly recommend it and the Spin-Off “Generation V” (recommend watching the 4 seasons of “The Boys”, then 1st season “Generation V” (the storyline ties directly into what’s happening in “the Boys” and then the upcoming last season of “The Boys”

What about Santa Claus? Is there a difference between god and Santa? I don’t see any difference whatsoever. Personally, I don’t believe in god. I don’t believe in Santa either. In fact, I believe in no deities whatsoever. And if you look around at the world, if there was any kind of supreme being, they don’t seem to be doing a very good job. Perhaps they simply don’t care? Maybe it’s incompetence? Oh and let’s not forget that religion is one of the leading causes of death for thousands of years. At least Santa doesn’t get you killed if you believe in him or not.

I strongly encourage you to not skip this one. It is quite obvious in his tone and voice that this is a topic John is extremely passionate about. Amazing when anyone who says anything contrary to these anti-human criminals, it is called whining. The only whining is from them. Then it escalates to damning them to hell, cursing the most inhuman ills upon them. burning crosses in their yards, hurling bricks through their windows, destroying their homes & businesses, sewing a star on their clothing to identify them, shipping them off to camps to have them exterminated, calling them out as witches, lynching them, drowning them, raping & then killing their children & throwing them in mass graves, building dungeons with elaborate torture devices to get people to “confess” before you burn them at the stake for not believing as they do. All the while being unlawfully protected & not paying taxes to contribute anything to society. Right. When anyone cites these facts, that’s whining. Yet what is it they do in the face of that? Whine. Cry like a repressed infant. Too bad. Cockroaches really don’t have that luxury.

They claim to have a faith. There is no faith. There is severe mental illness compounded by deeply ingrained terrorist belief systems that manifest as murderous intent to work pure evil upon those who refuse to bend to these sick genocidal belief structures. The lot of which who should be counted should be imprisoned for crimes against humanity & the planet as well as intent to rape, murder, vandalize, incite crime & war monger as they await capital execution in war tribunal.

There is no room for such lot. They are the doom of humanity & the Earth itself & they have no faith. Faith is a whore & liar & anyone spouting this vile evil cult worship of a false god is the enemy of society, civilization, humanity & peace. There is no place for this hateful rhetoric in a civilized world, and there certainly is no tolerance for it & its rebuttals by enlightened people, for we see it as the bloodthirsty criminal syndicate it is, hiding behind government & religion when it is nothing more than anti-human terrorism.

No apologies. None at all. For anything.

Love the truth. Sadly, when your a child and always told that this book is the only book allowed, and made to live with like minded people, gather often to have mass celebration of that book, that contains rules that are read before every meal and words that must be said daily before sleeping..it’s easy to see how they can think it’s right as its what’s been trained and programmed into them their whole lives. You see that im sure. And I don’t mind that what they wish to believe as I was told to believe something else. Only the adults didn’t sent you off to camps and steal your property and valuables etc. Nor did my book say that others must be harmed. Just said love each other and till you live with them in their homes for many years then maybe you may understand what the think as they do.. so I did.vand the above is what I saw. People kept awake for days and basically couldn’t eat drink or sleep till repeat these rules over and over so it must be true.. but when they got to live with others who had a slightly different book..they got pissed. Can’t just let them believe, and still just give them love regardless..as their book didn’t mention that was ok. Well folks. It is OK to still love others who believe something else. We all die eventually anyways. But we don’t have to mistreat others until then. Infact, many dont! Until they let their parents who never lived daily with others to understand, sadly.

No, the author only says they “aren’t convinced” the numbers are correct - and the author was quoting Naveed Sheikh, a professor of Middle East Studies at Keele University and editor-in-Chief of the international peer-reviewed journal Politics, Religion & Ideology. He has researched and studied, objectively, far more about political/religious violence than the author of the essay.
