I love Laurence Harvey . Here’s a movie about his daughter:

fck it, I’ll give it a watch, how bad can it be!
That’s what I was thinking. Each series has been good and iconic, so now it’ll be fun to compare. There’s also supposed to be a French and German version.
The show’s pretty great, but my god Haley Bennett is a major distraction from all the good. Casting her in this role was a bad call, she’s completely unconvincing.
This for Geordi is like a boxer that gets to meet Ali or Tyson and Ali or Tyson tells said boxer they have “it”. Good episode.
Seen those movies a long time ago, I hadn’t seen Galactica when RIddick movies came out so I will have to go back and watch those again, good franchise, on the topic of recommendations if you haven’t seen Farscape you are missing out.
Seen. I would’a killed Crais and took command of Talyn before the ship imprinted on him. fools! …but that’s just me. hehehe
Nice throwback vibe & totally worth it for end credits alone because of B-52s Planet Claire followed by Sheb Wooley’s Flying Purple People Eater. Also, some folks have a giantess fetish, so this may fill that bill.
I’m gonna rewatch new Galactica with ya, soon as I finish Altered Carbon… y’know Starbuck’s in Riddick movie, good stuff too

FYI, there’s no action whatsoever in this film as it’s more of an incredibly believable simulation of a serious documentary dealing with time travel, with a smattering of theories included.
Initially you’ll potentially be stopping yourself falling asleep or talking with company as you listen to ‘experts’ drone on about the lives of the characters as if they were real people, in a great amount of often trivial detail (as would only be proper and expected of a documentary). Apart from setting the scene and giving some backstory, this also helps create a sense of actually watching reality TV, which is almost essential with this style of movie-making.
Around thirty-five minutes in and if you’re listening or fast-forwarding, you’ll likely wake/shut up as those being ‘interviewed’ get to the plot of the film - the nerd in you will begin to get interested now.
Give it fifteen minutes more and you may well find yourself marvelling at how brilliant the film actually is at being able to be both mundane yet engaging, especially if you enjoy mentally exploring the complexities that come with theories surrounding time travel and are waiting to see how this film deals with such things.
Finally, in the remaining fifteen minutes or so (rest is credits) and primarily if you miss the annoyingly blatant whitewashing-over of a fundamental flaw in the making of the film itself (I had to skip back to make sure I’d not imagined it, but in hindsight, there was no other way they could have addressed it other than by not making the film), you’ll hopefully finish this movie having enjoyed the sense of being a part of the very believable reality they created, giving it more than my frustration-induced score of:
5/10
I have and I plan to watch the old one as well, this space opera binge has been a year going now and I aint even close to done yet. Have a huge crush on Starbuck man,

Man, I hope you check out 2003 Battlestar Galactica, you will definitely dig that sci-fi. Its gritty, and intense, slams you in the cockpit. https://www.primewire.mov/tv/2363-battlestar-galactica

I fast fwd through most of this ep but glad she shot that lady at the end. I just disliked the characters and writers but I do like Sci -Fi so kept checking in to see where this was going. This is the end?
The IMDB score stands, IMO.
It’s a great tale, badly told.
Samurai in mechs in an ancient setting… cool steampunk style anime. Excellent toon.
I love Ro Laren, she is everything Star Fleet complete with a checkered past, much like that of Lt. Tom Paris and Major Kira Nerys, mind you I couldn’t stand Major Kira. Not sure if Ro’s intended purpose was to bring a personality similar to Tasha Yar back on the scene, but that’s how it turned out.

This rom-com pretends to be about a great romance, but in reality it is the most toxic one-sided relationship I have ever seen depicted on screen. Dont get me wrong, it has a great cast; Adam Brody and Kristen Bell are charming and funny as usual, but the plot… makes me wanna barf.
I see the description and not a lot of details about this movie. Here’s what I found……Ryland Grace, (Gosling) is a middle-school teacher who was selected be the biology expert on a longshot mission to a solar system 12 light years away. A catastrophic event is set to wipe out Earth. Guess who is picked to save humanity? Ryland is as an unwitting participant when he’s told he’ll be going on the cosmic journey and also is a reluctant spaceman who meets an alien in similar dire straits. The being, named Rocky, is “the most lovable alien since E.T.” Okay, an alien being who is nothing like the bad ass in the movie Alien. We shall see! Might be released next year.
I just watched the trailer for this, and it looks like it might be pretty good, and have some really funny moments as well.
There is a certain sense of authenticity to this movie. The locations/scenery was incredible, and Thompson did a great job. Together they make it seem plausible and even realistic. However, I was disappointed by the ending of this one.
Did you watch the Moon Knight series? He was AMAZING in that and I feel this is going to be another masterclass performance from him.
where it tells what the episode is about, is a picture. 2 people holding guns. Under the picture, it is very hard to see, kind of a light blue area, it says “ended”. So the show has ended. Is it still worth watching if there is only one season?
I see you are a med yourself.
You should totally watch it; it’s in your wheelhouse.
Also it’s basically just a continuation of another show called “Childrens Hospital” so if you start there, it’s not even really one season it’s like 7 or 8 or something.
Still no release date but with Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson, it should be good.
we’ll see. I’ve watched plenty of trash shows with impressive casts
Rebecca Ferguson needs to work on her American accent. Her natural accent keeps coming out when pronouncing certain words and especially when she is whispering.
Id rather have watched War of the worlds with ice cube on repeat than that for 5 minutes again
What a waste of 90 minutes. I’d rather be watching Sesame Street without Cookie Monster.
-fingers crossed this should be good. its rare hearing about the 90’s mob unless its something featuring ny & gotti. this about philadelphia in the 90s is different and its an actual for real-real life doc. insted of just another knock-off mafia flick so im kinda’ excited to click play….
Great series and worth watching so try not to pass it up…. Wish it would have been longer.
i forgot all about this one. i really enjoyed it when it came out. i may do a rewatch
Doing Chickflicks at 19, that’s going down the side alley of career paths.
Great series and worth watching so try not to pass it up…. Wish it would have been longer.

Outstanding show, No woke BS, I cant wait for next season.
