The biggest thing I heard about Lady Bird was that she planted wildflowers all over Texas. Big wow. LBJ was a mobster in his own right, had a knee-breaker/murderer on his payroll and was suspected in several murders. His role in JFK murder was always suspected, RFK even asked him why he did it. Everything JFK did was undone by him. Then he colluded with Israel on The USS Liberty FF. His admin was the beginning of the end for America and bode no good for the rest of the world either. His was the first fully MIC owned admin. RFK was going to go after him in JFK’s second admin and that couldn’t happen either. He was also the first to raid SS and start that stealing. The only good thing he ever did for the US/world was to die.

I was very impressed with Rimes acting, very good and look forward to seeing how this 1st season plays out.

In the opening scene before the introductory theme you can really see how gelled this crew has become. Riker has his place but Data, Worf and Picard have their $hit on lockdown man.

Interesting. Definitely a slow burn of a start but intriguing enough for me to want to see the next episode. Several cameos by some great actors too. Not familiar w/the lead Nicholas Denton but know Elizabeth McGovern & they did well.

This is a movie that takes you on a journey to be entertained. Are there political messages in it? Yes, but that is not what the movie is about or what they want you to focus on or take away from it. If you are someone who is very passionate about their beliefs and feel whatever content you consume must adhere to them strongly, you will feel like you don’t like this movie because you won’t be able to enjoy it without nitpicking all the political things you don’t like. Please remember though this is a fictional piece of filmmaking. I don’t agree with certain things in the movie but I loved how intense this film was, making me feel like I was on the run with the characters the whole time and being left on the edge of my seat rooting for the main characters to succeed. I saw it in IMAX 70mm and it’s really something you have to see on the biggest screen you can to appreciate the director’s approach to filmmaking (some really breathtaking scenes and shots in the film).

Interesting premise and got me excited from the teaser clip they released early on during promotion. Did not see in theaters but was very close to before its short theatrical run ended. Judy Greer is one of my favorite actresses and she’s hot so I liked that she was in this. I read a lot about the praise Cooper Hoffman and David Jonsson were getting as a new acting duo. David (Peter) I thought was a good actor even if his character’s depth wasn’t really explored too much. I get this is Cooper’s first big project but I thought he was just okay, nothing too special and not really captivating or transformative. Ben Wang was absolutely awful in this movie…I just don’t understand how he does not have an accent in real life but decided to try doing some kind of Southern accent in this but ends up having an Asian accent to his English. You could barely understand him at times and his accent made his character’s voice sound annoying to my ears. Never met an Asian named Hank Olson lol. To be honest I thought the unexpected star of the movie who absolutely nailed their character and was 10/10 in all the limited screentime they got was Charlie Plummer, he was amazing as Barkovitch. I never read the book but the concept for the film is promising…however the actual end product was a letdown. Many parts of the movie were very boring and I didn’t care for many of the walkers.

SUPERB MOVIE! if you like films like Paradise Now, Omar, The Idol, Miral, Junction 48, and Arranged then you will certainly love this movie. very sobering and honest look at the injustice that is the Nakba and ongoing settler colonial project of historic Palestine. and fans of Imogen Poots if you like much of her body of work then you’ll certainly enjoy her here. I look forward to more stuff I hope from this writer/director and incredible cast and Watermelon Picture keep up with quality art like this and documentaries like the Encampments. do enjoy! Is this comedy or more comedy drama? I love Kristen Bell. However, after watching an episode or two last year, I gave up on this series. But can’t remember why. Is it worth another try? Thanks for your time.
