I’m getting 503 both links. I don’t usually have problems with Dood.
edit: I AM getting errors with other Dood links. VPN Canada.

My goodness, David James Elliott from JAG. Been a minute since I’ve seen him in anything. Looks like he did some movies a few other things but nothing that put him front and center like in JAG.
I would need to listen to that scene again and if it were Q, he would be really old when he appears Star Trek Next Generation. Did Q have a child(ren)? But the story line reminded me of an episode in the original 1960’s Star Trek. Not necessarily the same plot, but the characters father appeared to take him away just like in this episode.
No idea why a couple of people down voted you?. Solid review of one of the best movies I ever saw. I cant do it justice like you have but its so good, this is one of the first movies I saw as a youngin that made me deep dive into writers, directors, the entire process.
I randomly re watched The Pelican Brief and after I finished it I was checking out the cast and crew and saw Grisham. When I googled him I was blown away with how many of his books were made into movies and a high majority of them I liked. I watched 3 or 4 of his movies over the week that I didn’t remember vividly. It is interesting to “go behind the scenes” in a way like that.
As for the down voting, a couple of bad eggs seem to stalk me and down vote anything I post. I feel bad for them really.
This was like season 1 episode 17 of Star Trek. “The Squire of Gothos” with that brat, Trelane.

I believe it was Completely stolen from “The Squire of Gothos”, Terlane, who was a member of the Q continuum, tbh….original series…even tho this was meant to be before the original
+1… I thought the same thing and from what I recall Terlane was viewing Earth 900 light years away, so his viewing was of Earth 900 years in the past, due to well you know, science stuff? ;) Anywho that explained his mannerisms, manner of attire and the appearance of his castle etc.
5 years ago I had pit tickets to his “No More Tours 2” show with Judas Priest and Manson. There was going to be other surprise guests too, I was beyond pissed when it got cancelled, cuz I knew it would probably be the last time I got a chance to, and I only had been to one Ozzfest…It was when Ozzy first got sick, but they hid how bad it really was and he was gonna trooper on…..Then fukin Covid ended it all for good.
And say what u want about Manson, his live shows are dope.
I went to both tours, Twins of Evil 1 and 2 with Rob Zombie and it was one of the best live shows next to Metallica to me
That sucks big time. Covid screwed so much stuff. The other major headliner with Ozzy was Disturbed, no place to escape the moshing for them, let me say when you are a 36 you are a old F at the time, that shit is no fun! . Manson has some great music out there, just screwed up like many artist are. I am a rocker and some metal is fine but not my first choice. Best concert by far for me has been the 5x I saw Prince, Aerosmith puts on a hell of a show
One of the best series I have watched!! And definitely cemented the deal of Toni Collette being an amazingly brilliant Actor!! Before even speaking her lines, you can tell which personality it is!
Thanks for posting about this. I never heard of it before. First episode was great. I love me some Toni Collette!
Best live action film to date. Glad I waited for DVD quality because this film deserved it. If I had to nitpick, not a fan of the feminism forced into the storyline, but overall loved that they stayed mostly true to the original story. I’ll be watching this again.
I took my kids to Ozzfest back in 2002 and seeing Ozzy is something you will never forget. It always amazed me how you could not understand a damn word he said until he started singing. It was an experience me and my young teens at the time still bring up to this day. Like you Dime, seeing him sing Momma was heartbreaking in so many ways.

Wasn’t a bad series. I think Bana gets better looking as he gets older. This first season is/was a limited series. Netflix has previously renewed shows labeled like this if they prove to be popular. There’s no cancellation either, so the possibility of a second season remains open.
making crimes to make the budget to make the crimes to make the budget
Just like how the city is always digging up the same exact roads every year building the same thing in it’s place. rinse. repeat.
It reminds me of starting wars to generate wealth. This is why I say all of our “history” & all of our “society” is just one big juke after another.
Really shameless because what is ends that justify the means? Global Warming & a species’ growth retarded & poisoned/enslaved for centuries?
I’m not seeing an overall good besides astronomical wealth for a small few. That in reality isn’t much but more closed systems to keep the systems running again. Like I said Juke after Juke ontop of Jukes.
Imbedded Intransigence is the real threat to our species.
This concert was amazing. I do have to say though. It was so hard watching Ozzy on stage. You could see he wanted so badly to get up and move around and he couldn’t. And he was grabbing onto that Mic so hard I think to stop the shaking. But he killed it as always. Him getting so emotional while singing Momma I’m Coming Home … it brought tears to my eyes. This was an end of an era for sure. Without Black Sabbath and Ozzy, there would be no Metal Music as we know it today. There would be no Metallica, no Pantera, no Megadeath, etc. They are the reason we have what we have, and to be able to see them one last time, together, with the original members to me was a blessing. The other performers were great. But the Ozzy Solo, then Sabbath is all I honestly cared about. The rest was just icing on the cake.
Perfectly Executed Review
Selfishly wanted them to do one in North America too so I could have gone. I would have paid a small fortune to go, but the purist in me knows they did it the right way.
Their hometown in Birmingham, to finish it where it all started is the only proper send off
I felt Lydia won the lip-sync between her & Jorgeous. She was more entertaining & captivating to watch imo.
No one stood a chance against Ginger. It was obvious to me that she was going to win from the start & she definitely deserved it after all the close calls she’s had being runner up season after season, not to mention her incredible talent.
I saw Ginger winning from her first episode. Mama Rue has her favs each season and you can tell pretty much from the start. I really like Ginger. I thought Asa did better than Jeorges. I too was glad Mistress did not come back. I get tired of the nasty, bitchy, Cun@@ ways, it almost leans on being a bully and there is enough of that going on everyplace we turn.
Don’t forget the delusion she had thinking she did better than everyone else & didn’t deserve to be in the bottom. There’s not that fine of a line between confidence & delusion & she was way past it with a heap full of arrogance to boot.
I’m not saying the shows are rigged but….there are definitely times when the winner is obvious from the start. Like everyone here is just as a supporting cast. Example: The season Jimbo finally won… undeserved.
Finally, a great and worthwhile upload…

Dude I couldn’t believe how segregated muslims are in France after watching this (current) doc. It’s insane and all their apartment blocks/projects are designated no Go zones for terrorist labeling. No one can go and visit spend money their they can’t leave etc. https://youtu.be/d_l0n_kc_Fc?si=HY13MeL57Fi3xJTk

I don´t know. I miss the burping… This was a weird story, like a branch out “What If…”.
And now a Multiverse, too? Jerries travelling the road? Remembers me of Solar Opposites “The Wall”.
Like this storypath could be explored further.
meh…
Rick & Morty used to be cool & edgy. I dislike the de-burped Rick most.
Exactly.now instead of the credits hit u before u know it ur thinking why is this still going good god 🥱📄⏳
Jeez enough Jerry episodes! This show seems to never actually be about Rick and Morty any more.
I think u just summed up what road this has regrettably turned down and driven off the perpetual cliff (minus a cool crash & instead safely coasts down mediocrity lane) aka it’s been Jerrified.
Def was him lol And I swear he mentions off handed in an episode with picard’s crew that he tried having offspring but they always disappoint or something like that lol Q the biggest trickster of all and his toddler 😂 no wonder why he didn’t want any more kiddos lol the finger snaps gave it away that it’s q, but his voice was just confurrrmation meow I do the q snap and -disappears hehe
Dang, liked the first one so much and then this was theoretically a cool concept but I feel like was executed somewhat too cheesy.
Almost feel like the shows puts so much effort to reel you in and then almost willy nilly does and does this next, and well let’s just say I felt as confused as the wedding guests when they snapped out of it lol
(but what would S.T. be without it’s hefty helping of 🌽 now & again? )
I thought the drawing was lacking a lot in this,
I like Rihannas voice, but for Smurfette it just sounded wrong (?)
did not know Gargamel had a brother lol
i give it 2.5/5
And the fact they mentioned dragons that made no sense? Or the key scene with the terrible terror that gave Hiccup the idea of how to take down the Red Death? Perfect? Big fan? Don’t make me laugh
Never did I say it was perfect. I said they changed some things up to make it different. I didn’t need nor want another Lion King, 1 to 1 with the Cartoon. I am not saying you are wrong in your take. I am just saying it’s your take, not everyone else’s. My wife, myself and our kids really enjoyed the movie and are all big fans of the animated movies. And the changes in this did not bother us at all. It’s live action, some things needed to be changed. And some was just simply to change things up to differ from the animated version. I never said anything about how I think it’s a joke you want to call others out for being a fan because they don’t agree with what you think a movie should be but you clearly enjoy thinking what you think only matters. You’re the kind of toxic fan that kills franchises.
That’s was ut of this world, for real this Trek has been the first one to turn me onto the series, but I am already from & ❤ the bay so it was destined to be so eventually!👾 ✨ 🌉
There where a few things I never liked about DS9. Too many O’Brien featured episodes, too many temporal fuckery episodes and too many dream state episodes. Still one my favorite scifi series regardless.
I feel ya. The only mirror universe that has really worked for me is (surprisingly) the one in Disco. Temporal shenanigans are the deus ex machina of all sci fi since Dr Who. And I will nevertheless sit and gobble it up like some kind of sketchy 1970’s junk food. DS9 for the win. Always.

I am loving this show very much right now 🤣
Keeps getting better and better!!
Edit.. Had to rewatch. Was total fun.. “See this is why you knock” had me rolling!
Did anyone besides myself catch the Johnny Cash song “God’s Gonna Cut You Down” in this episode. A song on the last album he released before he passed away.

Next time, check the “contains spoilers” box if you’re going to post details from the episode.
Oh dang I almost missed the start of this, cheers PW! w/ out you i’d be lost in mfkn space! TY again! lol 🌌 🚀
Senseless again, you ask? I’ll give you one guess.
The only thing brilliant about these stories at all, is the patience and quick creative thinking used to solve them.
If you watch old the first 48 it was not uncommon at ALL, to not solve these homicides. It was 50/50 almost, but now I can’t remember more than a few totally cold cases in the last decade or so of tf48.
Salute to the detectives and Prayers to all the loved ones left behind. Because at the end of the day the real thing to take away from all this is to loved your loved ones everyday, & life is precious/fragile 💔 🌆 ⚜️ 🎭 🏛️ ⚰️
“the film… is rediscovered in duquesne university, pittsburgh in 2013”. near the end of the doc, which i wasnt aware of, the soviets dug up their remains and checked the dental records, though stalin still speculated hitler has escaped.
Oh my gosh… this is a hard watch - Guy Pearce is an incredible actor. I actually felt like I was inside the prison while I was watching it, and at times felt scared of what ‘might happen’. Suspect this is a very realistic view of life inside an Australian prison. If you are not Australian, then you will probably need subtitles to understand a lot of the dialoge. Amazing movie.
I thought they did a great job sticking to the original.
ya me too, i was impressed they could replicate the animation in live action so well. and gerard butler played well, a funny role for him.

Holy shit a real live Blu-ray ripp….wow to bad it’s not English
