That was outright atrocious!!! Lol I guess I’m done after that nonsense, never bought the second game. After seeing this from ep.1 until now, glad I didn’t!! Season 1 was “Good”, I thought. This has gotten unwatchable, too me atleast.

From memory (and this is 30 years ago) it was a prop gun firing blanks. Something was caught in the barrel causing the wadding of the blank to become lethal due to the closeness of the stunt. I’m going from memory here so maybe I am wrong. I just remember the buzz around it being a fluke (and a bit about the Lee curse) Gotta remember this was the Dark Days before internet was widely in use. ;)

burgermeister 3 points 7 months ago.

It was an actual bullet that had gotten lodged in the barrel while filming another scene.

Correct me if I’m wrong but Brandon’s death was also completely preventable and lead to reforms in gun handling because of the negligence case against the films producers right? They for some reason loaded a real, live firing gun with metal casings for a shot instead of a prop or even disabled gun, then as a result of that completely unnecessary negligence there was a gun malfunction later.

Negan is the only character worth watching in this whole “enterprise”

100% agree. Negan was the reason I got more into Walking dead when he was introduced.

I watched this because I admire all three of the main actors. It was not a easy or pleasant story. At almost three and a half hours it felt quite daunting. Both the acting and story were well done.

This poignant movie was well done in my opinion. I like most of Bill Murray and Naomi Watts’ work and they didn’t disappiont. I empathathized with the characters Iris and Apollo because I’ve lived through losses like that. If you like a good tearjerker, watch it and give your own opinion.

That was one hell of a season. Great epic ending, cherry on top, too. I thoroughly enjoyed this season. I might even say it’s my favorite one now. Can’t wait for season 4!

This was exactly what I expected. It was a good movie but I’m kind of burnt out on someone gets kidnapped or killed and some kickass dude goes after the bad guy. It’s been overworked I think. Actors were great, loved the actors. Movie was good. Not very original though.

Wow what a mind bend of a complete mind fu*k. Cage was incredible. I’m so glad I watched this movie. It’s been so long since I’ve watch something so thrilling, electrically horrifying. I usually figure out what’s going to happen before it happens but this movie had me fooled all the way until the end.

I was surprised it was such a good film. I love those female hero movies. Lots of action, but I pretty much had the “who done it” pegged from the start.

Best movie EVER!!!

Lest we forget, so many, many, many classic scenes (that saved my life btw)…

“Every time I try to talk to someone it’s ‘sorry this’ and ‘forgive me that’ and ‘I’m not worthy.’” – God

“You don’t frighten us, English pig-dogs! Go and boil your bottoms, you sons of a silly person! I blow my nose at you, so-called ‘Arthur King,’ you and all your silly English Knights.”

hellsingfan01 2 points 7 months ago.

Well this was meant to be a Doctor light episode so not having the new companion in it all that much does make sense as for the theme it was meant to be how PTSD can affect your life.

greenguy86 1 points 7 months ago*.

I think if you wait a full day to reexamine this episode, you’ll find that it’s all over the place. I watched it half asleep and it felt very disjointed. Would Kate Stewart really do that. I know our villain will play a part later on. Ruby was not treated well in this episode and she deserved better. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either.

Firstly you never said that so how I was to know about a comment on another thread is beyond me especially as it’s not relevant to this movie and secondly all you’re doing is making yourself look like an angry person.

I’ve read all of the comments here and the person in question has not only not said anything about the film but they’ve not even commented anything so I have no clue where you got that from and it’s you that needs to chill out as your the ONLY one that took offence to their comment.

I am a huge horror fan, and I have to say this is one of if not the best Horror films of the year so far. Such a great movie. It’s about damn time an original horror came out. It was just a movie well worth the time to watch and I enjoyed every damn second of it. Even with the CAM being as good as it was, I am planning to watch this a second time when an HD copy comes out just to see if I missed anything. Make sure to watch this … you won’t be upset that you did! Great Movie. Great twist. Great CAM. 5 Stars from me.

haha I started watching when i was like 8/9 years old, so probably around 96 a few years after he started. I went to the all ages shows etc. started putting off my own shows at a local bar that let kids in during the day by the age of 15. also the wee lad was just a joke from a common phrase that conan uses alot.

Agreed on all that. However I don’t picture you as “wee”. I’m wee at 4’9”. In the 90s you weren’t old enough to get into our shows unless we played all ages in skate parks, Masonic Lodges, Legion Halls, and such. Places both Duckman & Conan would have to accompany you to, ha. He’s great. It’s about time he got his.
