Whats with all the hypersensitivity? Story is spot on par w/ the show. Oh the voices are slightly off? Maybe you poor dissaapointed folks should watch Solar Opposites. It’s ot even trying to pull off the original voice.

Things have been worse. Remeber Tracy Morgan taking over for Unkown Hinson in Squidbillies? ..yeah much worse.

That was a reaction to the personal attack toward DK. DK doesn’t have to justify why he likes or dislikes anything, but he certainly isn’t defending a crime or a criminal. It’s the show he was commenting on, not a crime or criminal, and he was attacked for that then equated with being also a criminal for his comment, and then attacked for being an adult that likes cartoons because that’s what trolls do who have no regard for anyone but themselves.

He’s a father. A good one. He likes cartoons. He doesn’t like criminals. There was no reason to personally attack him & equate him with criminality at all.

This was anti-climactic. I’m glad they brought all the original characters back into it, though. The last scene was great, very apropos. I have a feeling Nick isn’t dead, but I guess we’ll see what happens in The Testaments. I haven’t read the book, but they didn’t stick to the book in this one, so no need to think they would stick to the book in the next one. Can hardly wait!

The writers room were so with the panties down about some of the Trump supreme court rulings removing the separation between state and the evangelical church in US that they sadly forgot about her.

Holly is Nichole. Nick and June named her Holly. Serena renamed her Nichole. She’s the baby June’s mother brought back to her. Hannah is June’s original child they took away. I know it’s confusing. There are so many characters.

If you have a family member in the service then you might want to watch Larkin’s War here or on YouTube. I do have a person that came back with the same diagnosis as his son. That person has gone back into service but in a lower capacity. They are looking at life long MRI’s, drugs, sight and hearing loss. I just hope he does not go down the path as did Larkin’s son. I always thought the ending was meant to heavily imply Tony’s dead and his story is over without directly stating it.

Geogenesis 1 points 6 months ago.

It implies too many things at once. Maybe something happened, maybe it didn’t. I think the show deserved better, that’s all.

I mean, I get vague endings, but those endings still lead towards a certain logical direction. Here, it’s all over the place. Too many options on what might have been.

I was so happy to see this posted. I will watch anything with Ramsay in it. One thing I want to know though, Has Gordon had a face lift? I think he has. Man, I want a face lift so bad now. He looks 10 years younger

AdChris 1 points 6 months ago*.

To me it looks it. Go back to some of his older shows and you will see them chin to cheek line on both side of his face. But then again they say HD makeup cake is a lot thicker lighter to hide the thin lines that would now show up on a 4k TV. Look at the chest to neck of some actors{most men} and it is very red.

It’s a refreshed Kitchen Nightmares, but it’s not great.
Lose all the silly graphic overlays, the ‘who is the insider’ stuff and Gordon sitting in the van with the screens asking for various camera shots.
If you are a fan of original Kitchen Nightmares, prepare for disappointment.

A little more of the softer side of Gordon.
But, I still like the U.K profanity. Another good watch is

Many people have said the ending was bad,but I think that the ending (having watched this several times after its original airing) was decent enough. I have read online that Tony Soprano is still alive-altho with most of his crew dead or in hiding-not sure if that would make sense. Jim Gandolfini of course died in 2013-such a great show

Geogenesis 1 points 6 months ago.

I just binged watched it again and I don’t feel the ending does any justice to the show or have any respect for story that took place before it.

It calmed down after awhile. I really did enjoy this film. It was captivating. But I have no idea why anyone would call it a comedy. It was far from a comedy and more like a dark drama/thriller.

Just a heads up. Season 3 has already be signed and for those who played the actual game know where this show is headed. Sad news the show is going to shift into more of Abby’s view going forward and less and I mean very less maybe not even at all of Ellie. The game for season 2 you play only as Abby and not Ellie at all. And I did see based on information they are doing the same for the show. So yes more Abby and less Ellie unfortunately.

Watched the first 2 episodes and I am thrilled to see the Library once again. And a new group of librarians. Love the ancient librarian meets modern librarian plot and how it has introduced us to a fantastic new crew of investigators, guardians, Librarians. I can only hope there will be a few, if not all, cameo’s by the following: Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth, John Kim, John Larroquette, Matt Frewer. And perhaps supporting cameo’s from the case of Warehouse 13 considering it is a shared universe with Eureka and Alphas. These cameo’s could come in a form of actual or flashback connections to current adventures. And just how many Immortal guardians of the Library are there? I do hope they give a homage to the first ever Librarian, Judson, portrayed by Bob Newhart. Any filmed referenced for Judson will definitely be in flashback form considering Bob Newhard passed away in 2024. I really hope Rebecca Romijn returns for a few episode arc considering she became an eternal librarian after her being a guardian.

AND YAY, SEASON 2!

Call me odd, but I notice things even if some things are out of focus. At 19:35 Luke is in the bar and behind him on the wall is a picture. I swear it is a picture of Edgar Allan Poe (we don’t see it clearly but I think I’m right), who is considered a pioneer of horror, detective fiction, and science fiction. And there is another picture of a raven. Wonder if the set dresser hung it on the wall for a reason. How many people would have noticed them I wonder? The bar is called The Tell-Tale Heart which is the name of a short story by Poe. Luke has been in this bar a few times this season and I didn’t pay attention to the furnishing, I was more focused on the bartender. I’d like to know his backstory, but sadly, this is the last season for this series.

I’ve been binge watching this series and at times it’s a bit far fetched but I like it. Well, no season 4!!!! I had read a few of the comments and someone said viewership was down. random000 4 points 6 months ago.

Yes. The comic was Luke Cage. Very popular when I was kid. He named his kid Kal-El after Superman, which is better than several other names such as Apple, Banjo, or whatever serial number names that one percent parasites give their kids.

Valley Girl (1983)
random000 6 points 6 months ago.

Right on. Zappa’s Valley Girl was certainly his tongue-in-cheek social humor at work as bergermiester noted. Those were weird days, but fun for the young. The younger Zappa kids are bit older than me, but close enough, so I liked them same as I did Nicholas - whom I firmly believe is best suited to comedy. He’s just got a gift for that, even if he took a cool comic character’s name.
