We would spend too much on the party favors to get pizza lol

That’s cool! I love the breakfast, mine was cold pizza from the night before…lol
It brings me back to the day when I was just starting out on my own. The place that me and my friends were renting was a basement apt. When we were all coming down off the booze and drugs on a Saturday morning we would make a big meal and watch Pee wees playhouse. Just laughing our asses off eating Kraft dinner and hot dogs. Great memories

Film opens in US theaters May 23, 2025.
When I request the link here for FRIENDSHIP (2025) it registers it a NIXON FROST.
This movie may be lost in the void here.
He obviously lives through most of these!
It felt like that Paramount spent all of five minutes in getting this movie made when they’ve spent years trying to get a fourth theatrically released Star Trek film made.
yes. they could have made more of it. At first its supposed to be a full show and now that movie seems to be all whats left of the idea. I think its interesting to bring different genres into the Star Trek Universe but obviously they are still learning. I was positively surprised by lower decks - which is a comedy cartoon (!) - and prodigy (which obviously is also a try to get younger audience into the franchise). At first i thought its ridiculous, then i just wanted to know what happens to the little guy and watched every episode.
They think the younger audience needs to be eased into Star Trek since they don’t know the shows we grew up with. I can’t say if this approach is successful. Its more western style rogue agent stuff.

This wasn’t a bad episode and with the return of another classic villain it seems like next weeks finale episode will be worth watching only if to see if certain rumours are true.
Pee-wee was original. His crazy antics and humor always made me and my friends laugh. He truly is missed. RIP Paul Reubens

Completely unrecognizable as Star Trek. At least the Picard show had some good moments. Why do they keep making this crap? Michelle Yeoh is a great actress, and she had a cool fight scene, but it’s not enough and it’s not Star Trek

Awe man even at the age he was during the filming of this doc. He’s still so childishly adorable. Like I want to go and pinch his cheeks, lol. He will always be one of my favorite entertainers. Right up their with the Comic greats. Many don’t think of him as a comic icon but I always have. RIP Paul, you are loved by so many.
You should check out Living In Oblivion. One of his first films. His role in that movie speaks to exactly your point about how people with dwarfism were cast in films. It’s quite good.
Cheap copy of Indiana Jones 3. You can tell the actors are only in for the money. I wish Guy Ritchie would go back to making good movies.
This movie is a classic IMO. Visually stunning with great acting and a well paced engaging storyline.
Seeing Linda Lavin broke me into tears even more than the plot of the cast saying goodbye to Will. The dialogue so eerie. Makes me wonder how close in time frame this episode was filmed in relation to the death of Linda Lavin in December of 2024. Will the writers address gramma’s characters death in an episode this season as well? Or will it be a neglected oversight on the part of the writing team, producers, directors, etc? Continuity is key. There are options, either address the issue and parallel the actors and her characters death. Or bring in a new actress to take over as Gramma in random future episodes.
If you like apocalypse movies, well I found this one to be up among the best I’ve watched. Dinklage and Fanning have a great character chemistry. He plays her father/older brother protector really well. I love everything Dinklage. To me he is an amazing actor and can play any part. It’s not the 50’s or even the 80’s anymore when all people with dwarfism were only given roles that were time period production or a circus performer.

Just Hell No. Beckett tells Castle she’s leaving to find her mothers killer after 20 years, then expecting him to respect that. But if her need for vengeance is stronger than her need for Marraige and husband. She doesn’t get any respect for that crap.
One of my favorite films. It’s a fun ride and Jim Cummings did an amazing job as the writer, director and main character.
Watching all these movies today bout to start the last one. This was way better than the original the cast and also the ending.
This film, unfortunately, has a bit of an identity crisis. At times it wants to be a Guy Ritchie film, at others, a Disney family flick. If it hadstuck to one, it would have been good. but since it doesn’t, it kinda fails on most levels. Too adult to be a movie to watch with the kids, too tame to be a pg-13 or R rating. John is his usual funny self in many scenes, Natalie is basically collecting a paycheck and barely dips into her known talent. The rest are caricatures, although Eiza was pretty good in her role, and the kid was pretty good at his.
The plot is fairly predictable while being all over the place, with some decent action scenes or preposterous CG sequences to distract you from it.
I don’t feel like my time was totally wasted, and although I wasn’t expecting to see a new franchise launch to rival Indiana Jones or National Treasure or Davinci Code, but I expected a little better than this. And I expected better from Guy Ritchie.
it won’t win awards but, I’d definitely watch it with the kids. Standard moral message and, a happy ending.
Many actors are not that versatile. He does well in any role
Yes I agree. Also people like Peter are finally getting roles that aren’t stereo typed roles. It is refreshing to see

In Great Britian, this movie was known as Taste of Fear. I’ve never been keen on movies from the 1960’s, but the primis makes in intriguing. It is going on my list.
Two of my favorite actors are in this movie and I’ll need to watch it again. Carole Lombard (married to Clark Gable in the early 1940’s) and Fred McMurray (later in a 1960’s sitcom My Three Sons).
I did watch this movie and at the time I had no idea who directed this movie in 1953. The Hitch-Hiker was one of the first mainstream film noirs directed by a woman and is not only a thrilling must-see classic but also a solid testament to Ida Lupino’s immense talent as a visionary filmmaker.
I actually didn’t know thier was a movie before silence of the lambs. Just finished watching it and it was alright. But after seeing Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal can’t see anyone else as him especially the guy from super troopers lol.
I’ve not seen this one either and the only actor I’m familiar with is Peter Lorre. I think I might pass on this one.
I am not a huge Joan Crawford fan. I love movies from the 1930’s & the 1940’s. Maybe the reason I’ve not seen this one is because it’s in the early 1950’s. Jack Palance could always pull off being a good villain, but he never seemed to gain leading actor status.
I tried watching this movie but stopped after a few minutes. The reason I started watching it was because Cillian Murphy was in it and so is Idris Elba. I might give it another try. For all 3 actors, they were probably still in that unknown category.

Lol, the good old days! Have a great day Yellow and stay cool!
always Mike and Rock on :D
